Pursue Organizational Leadership

  • Organizational Leadership majors desire to make a positive practical and relational impact within a company or organization. Equipped with the skills to lead people and execute tasks, Organizational Leadership majors are prepared to grow themselves and their organizations through their area competence and execution of sustainable practices.
  • Major courses will work from a common Organizational Leadership core, but students with the Healthcare Administration Concentration learn how to apply communication and organizational principles within the healthcare industry. Non-major courses equip majors with outside angles to observe the world around them and think outside of the box for solutions.
  • Organizational Leadership courses are delivered through eMajor (an online USG collective), but Core Curriculum courses can be completed either on campus or online.
  • As a career-ready bachelor's degree, this degree can either prepare students for future careers or provide an academic background to supplement existing work experience. This degree will also prepare students for online master's programs in their desired field.
  • Organizational Leadership majors desire to make a positive practical and relational impact within a company or organization. Equipped with the skills to lead people and execute tasks, Organizational Leadership majors are prepared to grow themselves and their organizations through their area competence and execution of sustainable practices.
