Pursue Nursing (LPN/Paramedic Bridge)
- The LPN/Paramedic Bridge Program lets students enter the ASN program in the spring semester and finish their degree in just three semesters, provided they’ve completed all required prerequisites. As a result, the application deadline for this bridge program is August 15th, which is different from the traditional ASN program deadline.
- Students who are already practicing LPNs/Paramedics pursuing the bridge program do not have to take the required lab science prerequisite course before being able to take the required science courses, such as Anatomy & Physiology I & II and Microbiology.
- To be competitive and gain acceptance into the Bridge Program, students are typically expected to be well-rounded, as demonstrated by strong performance in prerequisite courses and achieving minimum scores on the ATI TEAS exam.
- While Nursing classes (once accepted into the program) are only offered on campus, other required prerequisite courses are available on campus, online, or a mix of both.
