GHC Customer Service and Process Improvement

A commitment to those we serve

In 2005, Governor Perdue launched the "Customer Service and Process Improvement" initiative in order to provide faster, friendlier, and easier services to residents of Georgia. This was largest and most comprehensive customer service initiative ever attempted by any state government. Through this State-wide initiative GHC has created a culture dedicated to improving the programs and services we offer to the constituents we serve.

Here are a few ways you may provide GHC with valuable feedback:

GHC IT Staff work with middle school students during one of our Fabulous Friday events.
