Exams in eCore classes work differently than exams in traditional, on-campus classes. They require you to plan and schedule appointments at a testing center, then submit an online Exam Request Form. Your instructor will provide exam dates in your online course syllabus. Three weeks prior to each exam (15 normal business days, Monday-Friday), you must submit an Exam Request Form to notify the eCore Testing Coordinator where and when you have scheduled an appointment to take your exam.  You must complete ALL of the items on the exam checklist below or your test will not be at the proctored exam site.

Exam Scheduling Checklist.

1. Check your course syllabus or consult your instructor to determine the exam dates for your course. Some courses require more than one proctored exam.
2. Read the Proctored Examination Instructions and select a test site that is conveniently located for you.
3. Call or visit that test site and schedule an appointment to take your exam on one of the exam dates listed on your syllabus.
4. Complete and submit the Exam Request Form no later than 15 normal business days prior to the date on which your exam is scheduled.
5. Contact the Testing Coordinator (testing.coordinator@georgiacenter.uga.edu) or 1-866-248-5179) if you have questions or need help with any aspect of the proctored exam process.
