Department / Division Area Objectives
The following pages contain technology needs identified by each department or division for each of its respective units. The attempt here is to annually assess problems, requests, needs, etc. from the users' perspective as it relates to technology. Each unit is responsibile for completeing a simple online form each year that allows them to make such requests. This information is collected into a database for tracking and reporting purposes. Over the course of the next year, the IT Department attempts to incorporate as many of these requests as possible into their planning and work assignments. The intention is to review these at the completion of the cycle for further analysis and planning.
