The purpose of the OSHA 10-Hour Training is to provide general industry workers information about their rights, employer responsibilities as well as how to identify, abate, avoid and prevent job related hazards on a job site. The training covers a variety of general industry safety and health hazards which a worker may encounter. The training emphasizes hazard identification, avoidance, control and prevention.

OSHA 20-Hour General Industry Training       Back to Course List

Start September 16 at 1p to 4:30p September 17 8:30a to 4:30p; September 18 8:30a to 5:00p. September 19 8:30a to 1pm.

Class covers OSHA policies, procedures and standards as well as general industry safety and health principles. Attendees will be able to identify the most common hazards in their workplaces, locate the applicable OSHA general industry standard and determine appropriate abatement to address non-compliance with these standards.
