2013-2014 Verification Forms are here! All 2013-2014 verification forms are available below please pay close attention to your SCORE account to determine which forms we are required.

A student is classified as an independent student ONLY if one or more of the following apply:

• The student is 24 years old or older
• The student is married
• The student has a child whom which they provide more than half of their financial support
• The student is considered an orphan or ward of court
• The student is a veteran of the United States Armed Forces
• The student has been admitted to a Master's or Doctoral program
