Training & Development

Each employee will be provided with opportunities for both professional and personal development. The components of the training and development program include: Computer training in MS office and other applications, Management/Professional development opportunities and additional Personal Interest topics. Internally developed programs and classes, job experiences, and interpersonal relationships are emphasized in developing employees.

The "Faculty Academy" is a program designed for new faculty and other interested parties that focuses on providing the skills to be successful in fostering student learning and for otherwise enabling the college to meet its goals.
