Group Life Insurance
Group life insurance, with accidental death and dismemberment coverage, is available. The Board of Regents pays the premium on the first $25,000 of such insurance. Supplemental life insurance is also available with the employee paying the total cost. An employee may select coverage equal to one time (1X), two times (2X), or three times (3X) his/her annual salary rounded up to the next $1,000. A dependent life plan offers $10,000 coverage for all eligible dependents for a flat rate of $4.70 per month.
