Extended Learning is similar to what was once called Independent Study, with the main difference being the use of technology in the delivery of instruction. Georgia Highlands Television, GHTV, cablecasts classes over Comcast channel 4 in Rome. College by DVD allows students to view class sessions and complete assignments on their own schedules. |
